Welcome to Adgager.com. By using this Site, registering for Adgager, participating in the Adgager GAG program, or participating in any research provided or hosted by Adgager, you agree to these Terms of Use and Membership. If you do not accept them, do not use this Site.
Adgager reserves the right to change, add to or remove these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically check these Terms for possible changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Provided that you comply with these Terms, Adgager grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited permission to enter and use this Site.

Eligibility
Membership in any Adgager panel is free and open only to individuals (not companies or other business entities) who are at least fourteen (14) years old or at least another age as required in your geographic location. Membership in certain panels may be subject to other restrictions based on your age or geographic location. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) and win any prize or cash prize from GAG or another Adgager rewards program, such prizes will be awarded to your legal guardian. You can only have one account.

Registration and Passwords
Although you can access this Site without registering for membership in any Adgager panel, you must complete the online registration form provided to you so that an account can be created in your name and registered to your account as GAG. To open a member account, you must provide Adgager with complete and valid contact information, including your full legal name, home address, valid email address and any other requested information. Your account must have a valid and unused email address and password. To understand that you are a unique user, we ask you to verify your email and mobile phone number. You agree to provide only accurate, current and complete registration information and to keep it up-to-date to maintain the accuracy of this information. If you do not provide or keep your personal information accurate and complete, you may cancel or suspend your Adgager membership and lose your GAGs.

If Adgager detects that you do not provide qualified information for opinion holders or that you are inconsistent in participating in research, it will deactivate your membership and inform you about it. If you do not give feedback 5 times in a row or give unqualified information in the research you are targeted, Gager may withdraw its right to be and inform you about it.
You may use only one (1) password to open and access your account, and you may not, for any reason, use another’s password or allow anyone else to use your password. You are responsible for the security of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your membership account, whether authorized or unauthorized. Adgager shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of your password by a third party, unless the unauthorized use is directly related to gross negligence or fault from Adgager. You agree to notify Adgager immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your member account. In case you forget your password, you can request Adgager to send you your password via e-mail in order to use your account again. This procedure assumes that the request is made from your username and that the email address provided by you when registering (or the new email address in case of an update) is used. By subscribing to Adgager’s panels, you become a candidate for gager, then gager based on the results of inquiries sent to you You gain the right to be. You agree to receive email invitations to participate in Adgager’s research and third party partners. Adgager does not guarantee that you will receive a certain minimum volume of invites or that you will receive any invites. Your participation in any research and your disclosure of any information that may lead to your recognition is entirely voluntary.

Membership
It is your responsibility to provide any computer hardware and communications services necessary to connect and access this Site. You acknowledge that neither your membership in the Adgager panel nor your completion of any research for Adgager and its customers creates any agency, partnership or employment relationship, and that your completion of research surveys is strictly as an independent contractor. You also agree that any GAG or other rewards you receive for completing research surveys is the only fee payable to you for completing research surveys.

Member Code of Conduct:
Adgager is an online community that allows you to influence the idea and want you to have a share in marketing ideas. When using and posting content on the Adgager Site or our community, we ask you to abide by the following rules:

• Be courteous and respect the opinions of others and behave in a way that promotes a safe and comfortable environment for all members.

• Do not use any part of the Site for anything other than your own personal, non-commercial use.

Member Contents and License
By accepting these terms, Adgager can edit, copy, transfer, publish, display, modify, distribute such content, create derivative works from them, develop such content and use it for any purpose. You grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free right, including rights to transfer such content to third parties. You, and not Adgager, are solely responsible for all content you upload or post to this Site, including on our message boards and research you participate in, including the obligation to obtain necessary approvals and permissions to post such content.

GAG
What is GAG?
Adgager values the opinions of our members and to show our appreciation, Adgager offers incentives in the form of GAG, which is registered to your account under the name of “Earnings”. GAG can be redeemed in the form of cash, prize or sweepstakes participation as specified and is subject to the following terms.

GAG Winning
GAG agrees only with your participation in activities permitted by Adgager, including, but not limited to, registration as a panelist, completion of demographic profiles, and completion of quantitative or qualitative marketing research activities conducted by Adgager and only eligible for the specific incentive offer disclosed for each activity. will be transferred to your account. Specifically, you can earn GAGs by:• Survey Completion: Earn GAGs for each survey you qualify and complete. The GAGs awarded differ depending on the type of research.• Completion of a Personal Interest Questionnaire (Profile): Panelists can earn additional GAGs by completing their member profiles. In addition to your existing GAGs, you will be able to purchase the right to participate in our grand prize draws.

The timing of GAG credits or prize draw entries depends on research. For some studies, credits are applied very quickly or within a few days, while for other studies, credits are applied after the research is closed.
Adgager will keep a record of the GAGs transferred to and withdrawn from your account, allowing you to check the status of your account online by logging in and checking the “Earnings” page. Although Adgager makes every effort to ensure that GAGs are correctly credited to accounts, it is your responsibility to confirm that your GAGs have been transferred correctly. If you believe that the amount of GAG credited to your account is not correct, you must email Adgager within 60 days of your alleged error and fully explain your objection, including the relevant information providing evidence of the discrepancy. Upon receipt of your notice, we will investigate your claim and notify you within thirty (30) days of our decision to adjust or retain the amount of GAG credited to your account as we deem appropriate. If we need additional time to settle your claim, we will notify you and will endeavor to reach a decision as soon as reasonably possible. Our decision regarding any such claim will be final.

GAG
Redemption You can spend your GAGs and purchase sweepstakes rights by going to “Grand Prizes” in the Winnings drop-down menu where you can see a complete list of prizes available for your country. GAGs are awarded for survey completion, personal profile surveys and other participation on this Site. When GAGs reach 50 Units in your Country’s currency, when you make a payment from the Withdraw menu, it will automatically be sent to the cash value and to your bank account. Shipping is completed in 5-7 business days. For these payments, we may ask for information such as Social security number, state number or passport number. If you request a product, gift certificate payment, Adgager will mail you the product or the check or make the check code available to you electronically within 4 weeks of your request. Please make sure your address with us is correct to avoid any delays in delivery. All prizes are void where prohibited by applicable law or regulation and may be modified as necessary to comply with such laws or regulations.

Checks
Adgager may, in some cases, give gifts of corporate gift certificates. If you want to convert your GAGs into gift certificates, Adgager will send your gift certificates to your address registered in the system. Adgager will only send one gift certificate. If you do not receive the voucher, it will be sent to you again, but this time your voucher will be electronic. In case the gift card is not received, the member has to request the transaction to be performed again within 3 months after the gift card is issued. Adgager will not take any action after this total period of 3 months. Please make sure your zip code is correct, otherwise you will be charged for shipping costs for your returned gift certificate.
GAG Expiry
Once transferred to your account, GAGs will be valid for one year and four months (16 months) from the date they were earned. If GAGs are not used after this period, the GAGs will automatically expire and the GAGs will be deleted from your account. This reduction will always occur towards the end of the month, usually on the 28th day.

In addition, if you cancel your account with Adgager or your account becomes “inactive”, all of your GAGs will immediately expire and be lost. Being an active member means participating in Adgager and participating in a research on this Site within 1 month of your first registration or within the last 1 month. At the same time, unqualified and homogeneous answers or points for opinion holders may cause your Gager membership to be suspended. Adgager will not give you any notice of cancellation or loss of your GAGs. Adgager reserves the right to suspend these cancellation and forfeiture rules at its sole discretion.

Correction of Abuse, Cheating and Account Errors
Adgager reserves the right to monitor all activities of members within the scope of Adgager GAGs. If required by law, if you violate our Code of Conduct above, or if your account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, your member account may be closed and you may lose all your accumulated GAGs. In the event you engage in any fraudulent activity, Adgager reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and may have a basis to withhold any prize awarded as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses incurred by Adgager, including litigation costs and compensation, and you will not be allowed to participate in Adgager GAGs in the future. If your account does not accurately reflect your GAG balance, Adgager reserves the right to correct any such errors. If you have been given GAG by mistake or you believe that your member account has been the subject of suspicious activities, please contact Adgager immediately. If it is determined that you are a victim of cheating, the GAGs you earn will be transferred to a new member account.
Transferability The
cash value of GAGs is valid for a single user only. There is no cash value in any other terms and GAGs may not be transferred, transferred and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in the prize GAGs awarded under the Program.

Duration of the Program and Changes to the Rules
May affect your ability to use the GAGs you have accumulated. If Adgager terminates the Program or cancels your membership, except as a result of your violation of these Terms, you will have only 30 days from such termination date to use all of your accumulated GAGs. If there is a change in Adgager GAGs, we will endeavor to notify you; however, Adgager will not have any responsibility if you are not aware of the change. The rewards offered and the required GAG levels for certain rewards are subject to change without notice. Cash equivalents (currency) of GAGs may change periodically or continuously. All prizes are limited to stock.

Adgager Intellectual Property
This Site is protected by intellectual property laws and you agree to abide by them. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Adgager and/or its licensors.“ADGAGER”, the “ADGAGER.com” logo and trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Adgager or its affiliates. All other trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names used on this Site are the property of Adgager or their respective owners. All rights reserved. “Content” as used herein means (without limitation) all text, designs, graphics, images, sound files, animations, videos, interfaces, software, codes and their selections appearing or appearing on this Site from time to time. and its regulations. You expressly agree to use this Site and the Adgager GAGs program at your own risk. This Site, all information on this Site, the services it offers and the benefits thereof, and the Adgager GAGs program are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” by Adgager or its parent companies or affiliates, successors or assigns, suppliers or agents. you accept. You agree that Adgager has unlimited rights to defend and finalize any Claim without your prior consent. You do not agree to provide Adgager with all reasonable assistance in the defense of any Claim.

Canceling Your Account
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting Adgager at hello@adgager.com or by going to “Unsubscribe Options” from your Adgager profile section. If you leave the Adgager panel, your account will be canceled. Your account will be closed immediately after deletion or leaving the Adgager panel. As stated above, you understand and agree that once you close your account, your access to the Adgager GAGs program will cease and all GAGs deposited into your account will be forfeited, no matter when or how it was accumulated. Adgager may close your account at any time for any reason.

Tax Liability
Local laws may require you to pay taxes on prizes you receive. You agree that we may provide information or withhold tax to tax authorities at the request of the tax authorities or as we deem appropriate at our sole discretion. You represent and agree that you will provide Adgager with any additional personal information that Adgager needs to comply with its notification and withholding obligations. Failure to provide such information within 30 days of Adgager sending a request to the e-mail address registered at the relevant time may result in the loss of any GAGs or rewards you may have earned.

Adgager may provide links to third party websites for your convenience, and Adgager’s provision of any link does not imply endorsement by Adgager of such site (or vice versa). You agree that Adgager is not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content or accuracy, and Adgager assumes no liability or responsibility for any third party materials or websites or for any other materials, products or services of third parties. You agree that you will not use any third party materials in a way that would violate the rights of the other party and Adgager is in no way responsible for your use of such.

Notifications
Notifications to You: We can make all notifications to you by posting them on this site. We can send notifications about research in the form of email, sms, or application notification in direct proportion to your requests. You also agree that we may provide notice by e-mail at our discretion, including notices of subpoenas or other legal action (if any). We may give notice to any e-mail address or other address you provide during registration. You agree to keep your address up-to-date and to check for notices posted on the Site. Notices to Us: We receive a lot of e-mails and not all employees are trained to handle all communications, so you agree to send your notices to us by post to our legal address. Integrity of the Contract; Miscellaneous.

Grand Prize Draw Rules
Participation and Restrictions: Ireland, Spain, Finland, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Greece, Portugal, United Kingdom, Russia, Poland, Australia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Japan, Sweden Open to legal residents of the Czech Republic, Denmark, China, Norway, Brazil, Singapore, Switzerland, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, New Zealand, South America, Turkey, Italy, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand. Unless otherwise stated in the invitation, individuals who are over the age of 14 and over the age of 14 can participate in the draw. To be able to participate in the lottery, you can complete the registration process, approve your gager application, come to the appointed point or the end of the research, reach the determined point in order to be qualified in the research, or participate in the determined research profile (personal interest survey) or GAG under the Adgager points program. There is no obligation to purchase anything outside of Adgager to participate in the draw. These contests and prizes are open to all mobile app users and are not endorsed or sponsored by Apple or Google.

Winners and Prizes:
The winner will be chosen randomly from the eligible participants. The lottery and prize information are clearly declared in the necessary sections of the website. In order to obtain a list of winners, the site should be constantly followed in the light of the information written in the big prizes section. We may send you an email for these notifications.

Probability of Winning:

Eligible entries in the draw will determine the odds of winning.

Notifications and Conditions:
All prize winners will be notified of their prize winners via email within 2 to 4 weeks after the draw and must receive their prize or check within 4 to 6 weeks of notification. Any winner may be asked to complete a Declaration of Eligibility and/or the Liability and Publicity Disclaimer and send it to Adgager (if Adgager deems it necessary). This will be clarified in the notification email. Adgager must receive these documents within three weeks of initial notification (by e-mail), otherwise the prize winner will forfeit their winnings and the prize and their checks will pass to randomly selected alternate winners. In case Adgager needs additional contact information or documents, the lucky e-mail will be notified by post and in some cases by telephone (if necessary). The lucky winner will be notified within 3 days at the latest after being selected. Unless stated otherwise, the lucky winner must confirm and/or correct their contact details by contacting an Adgager representative via notice (email and in some cases telephone (if necessary)). If Adgager requests additional contact information and/or documents, the lucky winner will receive their prize within 4 to 6 weeks after Adgager receives this information. If all of the contact information and/or documents requested by Adgager are not received within 2 business weeks, the prizes and checks will pass to randomly selected alternate winners.

Adgager and its partners and customers associated with research, from lost, delayed or misdirected records or a) computers, servers, providers or telephone or internet lines; b) typos; c) errors in the execution of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; d) delayed, lost, or undelivered mail; or e) damage, loss, or bodily injury resulting, directly or indirectly, from injury or damage to persons or property that may result, in whole or in part, from the entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. they are not accountable. Adgager reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or change the sweepstakes where cheating, technical issues or any other factors beyond Adgager’s reasonable control may compromise the reliability of the sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and the final and all-binding Adgager decisions. 

Participation Method for Grand Prizes:
GAGs you win by participating in researches and based on the qualified information you provide are used to participate in grand prize draws. Grand prize participation conditions may vary within this context. Gagers can use their GAGs for the same draw once or more, increasing their chances of winning.
